1. Consultation & Coaching Sessions
All sessions (whether virtual or in-person) are scheduled in advance and time is reserved exclusively for you.
- No refunds will be issued for completed sessions.
- If you are not satisfied with your first session, you may request a 50% refund within 24 hours of the session, explaining the reason.
- Refunds are not available for missed appointments without prior notice.
2. Cancellation Policy
- You may reschedule or cancel an appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Package Deals / Multi-Session Bookings
If you purchased a package and wish to cancel:
- You may request a partial refund for unused sessions only, provided the request is made within 14 days of purchase.
- Used sessions will be deducted from the total at the regular single-session rate.
4. How to Request a Refund

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
5. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in cases of:
- Repeated last-minute cancellations
- Lack of participation or cooperation during sessions
- Services rendered beyond our control (e.g., internet issues from client’s side)
